Update on office closure Covid-19 Pandemic
Dear Valued Patients,
As Premier Ford continues to reopen the province, dental offices have now been given further direction and can begin to slowly return to practice. Our return date is June 15th. We are opening the practice first to all dental emergencies and urgent care. Our administration team will be reaching out to you to schedule your appointments. Please be patient and wait to hear from our administration team as we work through scheduling.
Thank you to everyone who has patiently waited out having broken teeth, loose baby teeth, crown placements and regular hygiene appointment delays. It has truly been unprecedented and beyond our control.
We remain committed to the safety of our patients and team. Health and well-being continue to be our highest priority.
With that in mind, you will notice some changes when you return to our practice:
It will remain a typical business in our sterilization center. As always, we clean and sterilize our instruments, package all instruments into our autoclave sterilizers. The packages are stamped with the date, and spore tested. The treatment rooms will be completely cleaned to the highest standards in between patient use. Entering and exiting the treatment rooms will be strictly limited.
As you can tell, this will continue to be work in progress and we are proceeding at a much slower pace with caution under the guidance of the RCDSO and the Ministry of Health. We are confident that any visit you make will be a safe and happy experience!
